The Palo Santo plant or “Holy wood”, scientifically called “Bursera graveolens”, is a wild tree that grows in the dry tropical forest of the Pacific coast of South America, and in the Galapagos Islands in Ecuador, where it can grow up to 9~15 meters in height.
